TUITION
VCA's tuition is an annual tuition for all grades 2 years old through high school. Tuition may be paid in one payment, two payments, or in ten monthly payments from September through June.

- During the completion of VCA’s online enrollment, families will choose their payment plans.
- The annual one tuition payment plan is charged in September. The semiannual payments plan charges half of tuition in September and the second payment in January. The monthly tuition payments plan charges tuition in 10 monthly payments starting in September and finalizing in June.
- There is no discount for paying tuition all at once instead of 10 monthly payments.
- Annual tuition charges are broken down into 10 monthly payments. The first installment of the school year is due by September 1 and the last monthly installment is due by June 1.
- In addition to tuition and enrollment fees, there may be other fees that occur throughout the school year that VCA families are responsible for. A list of possible fees has been provided in the VCA enrollment packet for review.
- Those enrolling after September 1 will need to pay registration, book fee, and the first month’s tuition upon enrollment.
Preschool thru 6th grade: The rate for Before and After School Care is $8.75 per hour.
The above prices for tuition are annual amounts. They may be paid in full at the beginning of the year or in monthly installments over a 10-month period by the 5th of each month; after the 5th there will be a $25.00 late fee added to your account.
